pixellation

this getting me down......
without burning...... I am getting pixellation/freezing on dvd biulds. I multiplex a seq from FCP so as not to waste dvd discs. In DVDSP1.5.2 it previews perfectly, but after building, it pixellates/freezes (while viewing in Apple DVD player). Can anyone help. I am doing all this after reading this article, but I still get hiccups after biulding/multiplexing [www.kenstone.net]
