Importing custom menus

My buddy sent the last of the menus for me, but I can't import them into DVDSP 2. I followed the book and went into Library, then Application Support, then DVDSP 2, but the Templates folder wasn't there. Any help?

Also, how do I set up an animated menu already made for me? I am going to compress it first, but I'm lost after that.

Hi movieninja..the easiest way to import "custom" menus (or iDVD menus-they need some prior prep. first..) is open DVDSP2 (I use the Basic Mode) and go to File>Open & select the menu you want to import. It should open in the Menu pane. Good luck. jake

thanks. I am using the advanced mode (not too smart) and imported them in as assets. I'm still going through and learning, not too smart when I have a self-imposed deadline. Might be good to just cough up money to have a company do it for me.

Right now, I'm learning how to end my little full motion beginning of the main menu with the stilled version of it (that's in .psd).
