shot in PAL prog..need to convert NTSC

we have a project which is shot in PANA DVX102 in PROGRESSIVE mode . edit in FCP 5 . we need to convert the footage to NTSC for DVD authoring & replication. looking for tips & suggestion for the conversion to get as better AS possible in NTSC ..TIA ...pl suggest/guide
