How 2 have a play all feature and still be able to return to the menu after certain chapters

Just wondering how if i have a play all button in which my full film is under, how can i have a play all button and a chapter selection in which after a chapter you return to the chapter selection menu in stead of playing through the rest of the film.
I have added my chapter points and need to understand how i can return without doubling my gig space by bring in a seperate film.
