Can anybody help me?

My footage is 720p50, shot with a JVC 200, captured via Firewire.
My project settings are set to HDV 720p50
Everything looks very fine during the editing, even when i do a print to video.
BUT!!! when i encode my timeline using Compressor, burn it on a SD dvd, the images stutter, it's like i did teh whole movie in 25p.

Am i doing something wrong?
