Building in DVD PRO--get an Internal Muxer Error when send to Build

I have processed this 2 hour project in DVD Pro many times. I just made the final spelling corrections and reduced the length a little, run through Compressor with the DVD setting for 90 minutes, since I broke this down into 16 separate timelines in FCP. The final time I created my DVD in DVD Pro it will not build so I cannot burn the final DVD. There nothing I have done that I can think of that I changed and differently than I have done before. It will process for a while then come up with "Internal Muxer Error".

Is there anyone that help?

It seems to me that having 16 tracks in DVD SP plus audio would run the bit-rate through the "roof" - so to speak.

The whole goal in DVD production is to have the least data possible for a great build-Muxer operation
