How to make button appear at end of 10 sec movie?

Alright I'm a beginner so bare with me. On my menu I want for a 10 second movie to end at (or automatically jump to) a still image with buttons. I don't want the buttons to appear over the 10 second movie. I need for the buttons to automatically appear at the end. How would I do that?
