Auto Pause?Posted by paul kelleher
Is there a way to automatically pause a track until "play" is pressed again? ( this is for a live presentation....video pauses on a Graphic- auto pauses......talk about it...Move on to play next video.
My search on this forum was a dead end.. I saw something elsewhere about infinite looping but havent made it work Thanks Paul
The only way to have it "hold" on the last frame of the video, would be to get a still of that frame and apply it to a menu. After a jump back to that menu. Very unsophisticated, because the DVD Spec does not support pauses in the playback stream.
Using the remote you can pause the playback of a DVD and use the Play button to continue playout. That's about as close as you can get on today's DVD.
I've seen flash websites with that kinda stuff... there was this french clothes company that once had porn videos for their online ads, so the women will take off their clothes to make out, and when you shift the mouse over to the discarded apparel, the video will pause and a price and product description will pop up, and the video will continue when you shift the mouse away.
Is that what you're looking for?
Hell yes! LOL.
