Resizing video in within chapter frames template

Hi,

I created a second menu using the chapter index with "Frames" template. The video plays inside the frames which is nice, but it cuts off the tops and sides of the video. Is there a way to resize to shrink the video within that "frame" in the template so that the video fits within the frame without being cut off?
