Best quality for 126' in DVD-5

Hello, first of all, please excuse my poor english.

I'm editing a film on FCut (HD 1290x1080) very long, 126 min and I'm looking for the best way to compress it. I have an export to QT ref and I'm working with it in DVDStudio.

I need the best quality in a DVD-5 and someone told me that the best way could be with DVDStudio. I'm testing diferents bitrates and settings, but I don't like the results.

How can I do? DVDStudio could make automatically better results? How? Could be better to compress first with Compressor?

I'll thank any suggestions.
Thanks

Absolutely definitely better to compress the footage using Compressor *before* you bring it in to DVDSP.

In fact, you can choose any decent compression system you like, as long as you are getting m2v files and audio files.

Try compressor first - you have to work out the best settings depending on your footage - there is no single right answer, and it depends on what your source footage is like. However, getting 126 minutes on a disc is pretty easy, as long as you compress your audio to AC3, too.
