DVD Studio Fails to Launch

I was working in DVD Studio Pro 3.0.2 this morning. I needed to change a Custom Shape - so I did and in DVDSP I replaced the old image with the new one. The program immediately quit. I haven't been able to open it since.

I am getting this message in the console log :
*** malloc_zone_malloc[442]: argument too large: 3638034432

I am running:

Mac OS X (10.3.9) 1.8ghz PowerPC

I do not have the program file disk anymore. I also am working on a large project right now - Please help me!
