Motion installation problems

Hi All

I can't seem to install motion properly, I am on a power G5 Dual 2.0, 2 GIG of RAM, I can run FCP and DVD studio pro from my production suite, but Motion refuses to open, it just won't launch, I reinstalled twice following the apple ID article 93954 but it still doesn't work. I have the latest OS, the latest Quicktime Pro, I have no software updates I can do upto today.

Any ideas anyone?

It looks as though you got it installed correctly but since it fails to startup; did you run the Repair Permissions under Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility.

It always pays to do this upon any installation of software.
