New to Motion

I just picked up a copy of motion, was wondering, whats a good way to start and become proficient quickly without spending $$$!!!

Assuming that your system and video card meet the basic specifications for running Motion; you will need to do the tutorials to get a feel for it's capabilities.

There are now books and training DVD's available so you have materials to learn from.
