When did these Image Units appear?

Hey all?
I am not sure if it was after Pro Applicatio support 3.1 came out or with some other update before that, but I found an Image Units category full of things in the Library. These are the Image Units that come standard with Tiger, but I swear I didn't see those before. Did I miss them or Motion just got able to see them after an update? There are very interesting things there (and many repetitive things already in Motion too). If Motion 2 already offered this category and I was distracted, please let me know!

They've been there. Tiger users have been able to apply them in Motion from the get go.
