templates out of sync

Hi,

Ever since I updated to 6.02, I've been having synch problems in my templates. When I drop actors into their templates (single drop zone, just an actor inside a bubble talking) they are out of synch. In the template I am building now, there is a 7 frame discrepancy. Is this a known problem with the update? Is there a way to build an offset into the template?
