Motion won't launch

I am trying to launch Motion 3 for the first time and I get this error after it quits

The Application Motion Quit Unexpectedly. The Problem may have been caused by the NIKit Plug-in. I can't find this Plugin anywhere.
I'm running 10.5.1 on a Mac Pro with ATI X 1900 card.
Any Idea's
I did trash prefs and tried to start in a clean user account also repaired permissions.
I reinstall may be next.

Sounds like the Noise Industries FXFactory issue. They've released an update that is suppose to fix things. I'd either update or remove FXFactory.

I downloaded the FX 2 installer and ran the uninstaller and now Motion works.
I'm glad they include an uninstaller.
