Best Advanced Motion 3 Book?

I am looking for a good intermediate/advanced book
to learn all the secrets of Motion 3. I am a 3ds Max
user and have been animating for 15+ years, and want
to combine 3ds with Motion.

Any good books, I believe Mark Spensor has one!

Only one I now of is the Pro Training book from Peachpit. Its in the lafcpug store. Click on Motion Books. But if you really want to get into Motion I'd get Marks DVDs.
