upgrade behaviors?

I'm currently using Motion 2, It seems the behavior I'm looking for, SHAPE>WRITE ON is not included in Motion 2 but is in three. Is there any way to add new behaviors. Or take behaviors from a system that has Motion 3?

I'm afraid not - you'll need Motion 3.

Try an animated draw of some kind. and fcp5.1.4 can do a write on with vector shape but i dont think that it can be a custom shape. I could be wrong about the custom part.
