metallic silver text

HI all, what is the best way to make really cool looking metal text in Motion? NIce shiny 3D metal text? Any tutorials floating around? Thanks so much! Jennifer

I'd make it in Photoshop. Lots of tutorials around the net.

Once I make it in Photoshop do I then import that into motion to create moving effects? Will that look good? Do I need certain settings to make sure the photoshop file looks good on video? Thanks so much!
