Maybe I'm blind, but...

Can't seem to find this preference/setting

I know how to disable frame blending in the inspector>properties>timing pane

but is there a way to make the default for all new projects and exports from FCP: frame blending=none

so I don't have to worry/wonder if I remembered to do it or not?
