WTB: Canon XL1s

Looking to pick up a Canon XL1s as a "back-up" camera to have here in our office. Our just recently went out of commission, and we want to replace it. Just priced out an XL2, and for our use, we just need a good 3 chip to have for pick-up shots. We already have a VX2000 and a DVX100a - so we definitely want an XL1 (preferably s)

Anyone got one they want dumps, so they can upgrade to an HDV or something fancy? Anyone know a good used video store that may have one in the back collecting dust?

I have an XL1, no "s". Give me an offer. We just up graded to Z1's. Comes with a hard case, battery, original lens unfortunately. it does have some time on the heads, we used it for the past 5 years at our non-profit. So it probably hasn't been used as much as if it was in a production shop.
