New to Mac - looking for FCP 4 or 4.5

Hi - New to the world of Mac and looking to get into FCP. I used Sony's Vegas on my Windows machine and now want to play like the big boys. Here's the deal ... you're probably aware of Apple's crossgrade offer which expires next month. I am wanting to purchase a copy of FCP 4 or 4.5 (HD) so that I can do the crossgrade to the universal 5.1.

I will need the original install disc(s), and it needs to be the full version, not academic, not upgrade, and not any special version. I will Not need the manuals. (Apple requires the install disc be sent to them as proof of ownership).

So, is anyone no longer using this older version of FCP, and have it uninstalled, and is willing to sell to me? I don't want to spend the $1300 to get going.
