I found Focus Enhancements and Jan of Panasonic very helpful in trying to get the issue fixed.by skingsbury - Café LA Problems opening files from Quad G-5 on laptop - 17 years agoI have a Quad G-5 and have been saving DV media files on G - raid 500 using Firewire 800. I have done two projects with multiple video layers sequences. When I try to open them on my G-4 laptop 1.25 ghz processor and 1.5 gig of ram it shuts down FCP 5.04 on the laptop. I have the same software on both computers. I am trying to get the slo-mo look on my clip that I shot with my very new HVX 200 camera - Recording format 720P/24P Recording framerate set to 60 fps Scene file - film cam When I bring the 60 fps clip into an FCP timeline of 23.98 fps I must render the clip of course but it barely seems slower - not like what I have seeby skingsbury - Café LA |
