analyze does not work - 12 years ago
In fcpx, when I select a short clip or even a 10" selection of the clip in the Event Library, control-clic and then select Analyze for stabilization (or for balance color), nothing at all happens. I check the background tasks window, and no process is active. Don't understand why. I checked the manual and think I am doing everything ok. I trashed Prefs, in case. In the inspector no Stabiliby klong - Café LA - X

Completely assume a non-track based timeline. We think and visualize in space so fcpx has to do away with "primary", "secondary" storylines. For this, we need a track free working space for clips that still keeps the vertical hierarchy. this will enable to freely tryout : - blending modes without the actual constraints and strong limitations due to the storylines forceby klong - Café LA - X

In the Event Browser, one can select parts of clips and define them through keywords. They are then easy to select and drag to the timeline. Is there any way to go further and prepare the clips (colour correct, fx) in the Event Browser, so that your modifications are not project based but clip based, and can be easily reused through different projects?by klong - Café LA - X

I have this bug too and thought it could be attributed to the language version I use (french). It doesn't seem so. Yet it is a Shortcut Command bug. Definitely. I dug a lot, accused the Events, the Projects, myself, and found an easy work around. Still it's a real bug. When the app hangs at startup, don't Quit: - Go the File Menu > Commands - Select the Default setup. - Quit - Relauby klong - Café LA - X
