FCP Studio - where to install

I am just setting up my edit suite. I have a brand new G5 and I elected to install FCP on the hard drive that has the larger block of memory rather than on the additional hard drive I had installed which has a smaller amount of memory. Does it matter? Would it be better to have put it on the additional hard drive?

install FCP on your main boot drive.

and just in the spirt of education. memory = RAM, what your are referring to is just called "available drive space"

actually the installer will find the appropriate place for it automatically. it will select the applications folder on your main boot drive
