OT:video deposition

Last minute call from client asking me if I was "certified" for videoing a living will testimony. I'm not certified does anyone know the requirements and or text to include to certify the recording?

P.S. I believe it's just for proof the person was sound of mind when I record the will.

there IS indeed a certification for deposition recording.

Certification is nice for marketing yourself as a videographer but there is no legal requirement to have it.
