update and master templates

After updating, none of my motion templates work right. They are doing all kinds of crazy things. They shift my media all over the place.

Also, when I export an uncompressed Quicktime, the content of the templates actually changes during the export. When I am done, the footage in the template jumps around, even though there are no cuts in it.

I give this update a thumbs down and a menacing grimace.
