Effects plug-ins

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good and not outrageously expensive set of plug-ins for FCP 6.0.2?

I'm looking for something that will give me a good glow effect, and maybe some good transitions with a nice flash to white, or film-flash effect.

What's worked best for anyone out there?

Eureka has a great film flash effect that's free. But for the money, you really can't beat Graeme's effects (Nattress). High quality, low price, and hassle-free updates.
