XLR Tee splitter for podium?

I am looking for an XLR tee connector, male to female on the length, with male connector on the right angle. I want this so that I can tap into a gooseneck microphone on a podium where I do not have access to where I can insert a mic splitter box. Instead, I would put an isolation transformer in line from the tap where the gooseneck mic is pushed into the XPR socket on the podium. Has anyone seen such a thing?
