FCP crashes with font color change

Every time I try to change the color of a font, FCP crashes and I have to relaunch. Any idea what's causing this and how to fix it???

Any particular font?

Check your fonts are not corrupt in Font Book.

Run "Disk Utility>Repair Disk Permissions" on your Mac System HDD

Restart
