Exporting Stills fron FCP

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create a still photo out of FCP

or did you mean in the timeline? there's a keyboard shortcut (shift-n i think?) to freeze the current frame in the canvas. that image appears as a still in the viewer to add to the timeline.
