FC won't open.

After 10.3.9 update. I've trashed my prefs., repaired permissions, anything else I need to do? All I get when I try to open is the "submit bug report" panel.

This is still FC 4.5.

I would probably then try to reload FCP next. Be sure to run Disk First Aid and use DiskWarrior too, if you have it.

I had a similar problem after updating some hardware on my computer.
I had to un-install FCp properly and then install it again.
To un-install you have to manually delete some files and folders.
You will find these on the apple website.
