what is best format to export to file share for DVDPosted by Amy Teitter
I have to send someone a file to burn to DVD via a file sharing program. It's regular DV NTSC 720X480 created on Final Cut 5.1.4. I have to send it via a file sharing program so they can open it and burn it without losing quality. Any format and setting suggestions? Also, does anyone have a suggestion for the best file sharing program that is reliable, inexpensive and fast? Thanks!
I have to send a 4 minute reel via a file sharing program "You send it" etc... to someone who needs to burn a DVD. What is the best format to export to keep the best possible quality? It's a basic DV NTSC, frame size 720X480 created on Final Cut 5.1.4. Are there any suggestions for settings? I just want to make it as simple as possible for the person on the other end who is fairly illiterate when it comes to this, more so than myself Thanks! Also, if there are any suggestions for the best (and least expensive) file sharing program?
>It'll only be 700-and-a-bit megabytes. Pretty trivial these days.
Get a free trial on Yousendit. www.strypesinpost.com
Export a self contained quicktime movie under current settings.

Yep. I'd vouch for that. For some reason it's faster than up/downloading through the web browser. There's also mediafire, which i don't usually use. But I think mediafire has popups. www.strypesinpost.com
