I want to become a Apple Certified Instructor of FCP

I know FCP very well for I use it daily in my job. I saw on the apple site a program that will let you become an apple Certified Instructor. I have emailed apple weeks ago but no one ever repleyed. Can someone help me on who I need to contact.
