Los Angeles based monitor calibration engineer

So I'm looking for a good monitor calibration engineer in Los Angeles....

Anyone know one?

If there are no specific suggestions, what should I be looking for in general - what equipment should the engineer own - are there any questions I can ask and answers to expect that will indicate if he knows what he's talking about?

How much would I expect to pay for this kind of service? How long would it usually take and how often should I get it done?
