FCP Editor needing for ongoing online series

Looking for a FCP editor with strong sense of story for cutting 12 daily segments for web based series. Segments are 2 minutes each and talent submits 10-15 minutes per day. Must be fast, extremely well organized and very technically proficient. Also a good sense of humor helps for creating segments.

Want people only that have cut for story, and some reality. Not music videos and EPKs.

Starting-out venture so starting pay is $800.00 per week. But will grow as company takes off.
