Buffer underrun error

Hi,
I have encountered an error message when creating DVD. First copy is OK but not second. Message: Buffer Underrun Error. This started with the first project importing subtitles. Before I created many DVD projects without this problem. This message (problem) also appears in Toast. What do I do wrong?
My G5 system: 10.4.6 Dual 2 GHz, 4 GB DDR SDRAM, DVD Studio Pro 4.0.3, Toast Titanium 7.0

Do you make a build of your DvD?
I think thats better than burning from DvDSP.

In toast there is a setting enablin Buffer Underrun Prevention.
Try turning this on.

Another possible cause of your problem might be your media
doesn't support the writing speed of your recorder.

Didn't have any problems using subtitles in DvDSp yet.
