templates and compression

Looking for a spot online to grab some new and interesting DVD SP templates. Doing a ballroom dance instructional thing but would just like to get my hands on some new templates in general. Any suggestions?

Also, I use compressor to compress to mpeg2. There's got to be a better way. I hate losing so much quality upon squeezing. I saw some earlier posts - BitVice or megaPEG.X and even Sorensen Squeeze. I know this is a long standing discussion so I apologize for having to go ove it again but, as technology is ever changing, my question is what advice would you give to someone looking for the best way to encode media for DVD in an effort to keep the quality at it's best possible level while keeping an eye towards the future. A software that will make the switch to HDV or HD with me in the not too distant future.
