Size Drop-down Menu?

Apologies if this has been asked before - I'm not hitting on the right combo of search terms and can't find anything.

I am surely overlooking something simple - I am frustrated at not being able to change the size of what I am viewing in the project window. Haven't I seen a drop-down (that's now disappeared) allowing for different sizes?

The way to change the size is to drag the boundaries of a 'quarter' - the lines separating each section in your layout. The contents then scale to fit. If you drag the intersection of all quarters then you can resize in two directions at once.

The graphical view, where the tiles are, does have a size setting in the drop down there, but the menu area, track editor and asset bin doesn't.
