pushing 60 pix back in frame...

...does anyone know of a plugin to do this. I have 60 headshots I need to appear about 1/4 size and then push back to nothing. They would all be staggered to happen in 4-5 secs...also possibly to form a graphic ala The Truman Show

I know I could do this individually but it would take too much time and rendering to do.

Rendering?? You are working in Motion, bro! You could make a Photoshop Action to resize all your shots to the correct size; select them all in Motion in the File Browser, drag to the mini-timeline and import as sequence....apply a grow/shrink behavior to all of them and modify - whole process should take maybe half an hour, one hour tops.
