Color Finale is a color grading plugin for Final Cut Pro X that introduces industry standard grading tools like 3 Way Color Wheels, RGB Curves, 3D LUTs (Look Up Tables) and MORE all within your Final Cut timeline.
Caitlyn Cutler will be showing everyone how she color corrects her travel and music footage that she is putting together for her reel and will also show the difference between Color Finale Pro and the standard version of Color Finale. She will also show a few tips and tricks that she's learned over the last year.

Currently living in Los Angeles, I've been a freelance videographer for the last five years. I graduated with Bachelor's in Photography at Utah Valley University. I've worked mostly traveling with a band, The National Parks while also doing travel videos for companies including Marriott Hotels and Alaskan Air. Join Karl Soule as he goes in-depth in the features of the Lumetri Color Panel within Premiere. Karl will cover:
* Introduction to the Lumetri panel.
* Using secondaries.
* setting up a Tangent Element hard surface control in Premiere.
* use of adjustment layers to manage color on a scene level
* use of Master Clip Effects
* masking/tracking in Premiere
* Use of LUTs and Libraries.
* exporting color as Premiere presets or generic LUTs for use in other tools.
*Using LUTs in Media Encoder for dailies and proxies.

Christian Ellis began his career at Laser Pacific, working his way from the vault to managing television and large-scale theatrical installations. His thirteen years there saw the transition to HD, the adoption of 24p, the rise of Final Cut Pro, and many other changes in post fostering an appreciation for constant evolution in workflow.
Moving to Mad Old Nut Productions, Christian kick-started a post production business specializing in Avid Rental and television finishing.
At Sony Colorworks, he oversaw 4K finishing and IMF deliverables for a variety of projects.
Christian joined Light Iron in 2016 to lead its newly created Episodic Department, overseeing the finish of network shows like Baskets, Better Things and The Walking Dead, as well as OTT-distributed shows such as Goliath, Transparent, and Glow.
In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, and fly fishing.
