Join Gurus Monica Daniel, Kylee Wall, Randy Ubillos and Larry Jordan as they will attempt to answer all of your questions and solve all of your problems concerning FCS and FCPX, Avid, Premiere Pro and anything else you can think of. If they can't solve your problem or answer your question, then you go home with a problem, but you still got out of the house, so that's not a bad thing.

8:00PM - 8:20PM - "The Syriana Tate Interview" - Mare Costello
Detroit transplant Actress/Filmmaker Mare Costello will be showing clips from her recently completed feature "The Syriana Tate Interview," as well as, discussing what it was like editing her first full length non-scripted comedy while producing, directing and performing the main character.
About Mare Costello
Actress, Director, Producer, Editor, Writer, Original Music Performer/Composer, DJ, Fine Artist are all descriptions of Mare Costello, although, her primary job title as actress is the most beloved. She produces, directs and edits merely as a part of the process of creating material she both believes in and gives her the opportunity to thrive creatively with people she truly wants to work with. Costello auditioned for her first film in Detroit and landed a lead having never acted before in a film. The director liked her work so much he wrote a part for her in his series as the female lead. She then began improv training, getting her first Michigan agents, booking commercials, print work, creating short films and even taking a leap as a singer/songwriter which all lead her to producing and editing her own material from music videos to comedic shorts. With ambitions running high the already multi hyphenate set out to the big world of Hollywood where she continued her training, performing and producing. Mare now has a wide range of experience in Film, TV, Commercials, Print, Stage and Web. "As an actress trying to break in there are many challenges you have to face. I realized in my second year of living in LA (in 2009) that I had to do something special to make myself stand out and be seen and heard. I wasn’t sure what that was going to be, or if it would really ever happen, then "The Syriana Tate Interview" fell into my lap.” "The Syriana Tate Interview" is Mare’s maiden voyage into producing, starring, directing, scoring, editing in Final Cut Pro an unscripted full length feature shot on a RED camera.
