iPod/iSquint

I recently downloaded iSquint (1.3.1) and am using it to convert projects for a video iPod.

I've noticed that they get slightly more red/amber in the compression. Has anyone else noticed this (in any compression program)?

If so, do you have the right fix? It'll save me the trouble of trial-and-error.
