But while buying DVDs at Fry's I ran into different options so I wanted to see what you guys burn on. I am told that it is better to burn on DVD-R dvds because they play in more DVD players. I asked the client to go that route but he said. The duplication cost is unacceptable. I have done what you guys have suggested on the compressing and different variable rates. And the quality loss is just to much. So it looks like I will be trying for my first time to use a Dual Layer DVD. And Dual Layer DVD burner, I do not own one but I found a frby Luie - Café LA Re: Are there any techniques I can apply to make my 35mm feature even more beautiful - 17 years agoWow,... @$#% Lets see, well I totally agree, it is very obvious to me also that he wants what producers ask for when they say make it more beautiful. So I have a compression question. I have a 2 HR. QT file made on FCP = 25.6 Gigs of HD space. MiniDV QT file. <export/use current settings/> SD quality. This is old footage shot on Digital 8 and VHS I think. It is fuzzy and a bad picture to be honest. And the Nattress Film Effects is a great start. Not that these will make your movie more "Beautiful" But it may give you a different feel or style that can be a beautiful effect. try the glows And color glows try the glows And color glows try everything his stuff is funby Luie - Café LA Re: What are your favorite Audio Filters? - 17 years agoThanks everyone for your info. I received a feature last year that was done like that, by someone who was not trained in color correcting and he paid over $2,000, it was done incorrectly.
