OT ProRes 422 and new QT for Windows megacool - 14 years agoWith the introduction of proRes 422 for Windows last year, it has opened up an array of possibility for Windows users via flash, 3ds max, etc to exploit the powerful options of Apple's QT. I love the fact I can export a QT from FCP, and load it directly (via import) into Adode (formerly Macromedia) Flash. Prior to this I had to export from FCP as animation codec, or uncompressed AVI, anby mark@avolution - Café LA Re: OT: Is it me or Share has always been there? - 14 years agoWell maybe they need a Shane Option in FCP7 :> His avatar could pop up like "Rover" does in Windows XP. However, FAT32 will allow only UP to 4G files Max. If you format it OSX Extended, the Windows PC will not read it, and if you format it NTFS, OS X can't read it. Suggestion-Get a zip program that will break it into sub 4G parts.
