Pro Res 422 (HQ) is a "nicer" codec than DVCProHD, but DVCProHD should be very robust when used with FCP (it's been supported for 5+ years). Don't think that you need to avoid using DVCProHD. Mail is showing As instead of E-mail content? - 13 years agoDan, At first glance, it seems like you may have a font encoding issue, or a bad font cache file. This utility will help with font cache files: FontNuke. Since the message you've provided appears to be some sort of HTML-ized e-mail message, there could be other things going on. I'd suggest you try FontNuke and see if it helps. -Dave P.S. - In Mac OS X, corrupt font cache files cby D-Mac - Café LA Re: Could it be an automatic actualization that made it crash? - 13 years agoalioshka Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Yes D MAC there is a language problem since I'm > spanish and I'm not so use to thecnical terms as: > 'You may want to be sure you have administrator > privileges when running the FCS installer and to > repair permissions with Disk Utility before and > after (to help avoid issues)." This will work with the 16:9 DV footage from an FX1 or Z1 Sony camcorder. On export (don't use QuickTime conversion), the QuickTime movie may not look correct in QT Player or when imported into iDVD. This can be fixed in QT Player 7 (not QT Player X), and is an entry in the FAQ Wiki: Why does my 16:9 exportby D-Mac - Café LA Re: quicktime X or quicktime player? - 13 years agoQuotealioshka Thanks to all of you for your support.
